About The Conference
Epitaxy on 2D materials for layer release and their applications – is scheduled to be held virtually during June 28-30, 2021, will discuss recent advancements and breakthroughs in field of epitaxy on 2D materials.
Epitaxial growth on van der Waals surface has attracted increasing attentions since the 80’s when van der Waals epitaxy was created. Van der Waals surface provides a versatile platform for the fabrication of various nanostructures, thin-films, and the discoveries of novel phenomena at the interface. The research community has been steadily growing, especially since the breakthrough of 2D materials. The research of epitaxy on 2D surface also has also been extended from van der Waals epitaxy to remote epitaxy with enhanced surface interactions. This workshop offers a global platform for researchers and young scientists to showcase their latest research on epitaxy on 2D surface.
The main aim of this conference is to bring together people who have an enthusiasm for various fields related to epitaxy on 2D surface, encompassing theoretical investigation, material study, device technology, among many others. And we also provide multiple opportunities to all the participants to share and connect with the community. Deep academic discussions between the panelists and other participants, international exhibition showcasing recent research and anticipated outcomes, oral and poster presentations will all contribute for knowledge sharing between the participants and help foster new connections between industry and academic professionals. We hope the workshop will offer all the participants chances to learn from world famous connoisseurs and have enlightening discussions with contemporaries.
We look forward to welcoming you to join us on June 28.
